Liquid Penetrant Comparator Block

Aluminum Sensitivity Test Block is used to verify the performance of the penetrant liquid at nonstandard temperatures. The block is made from 2024 aluminum and is 3” x 2” x 3/8” thick. A 1/8” wide groove separates the block’s two sides in order to facilitate side-by-side comparison.

In compliance with: ASTM E 165; ASME Sec.V; MIL-I-25135
