Factory Test Passed!

|

One of our customers recently visited us to test our Magiscop MinicemCemsa 1000/500 equipped with two modular electromagnetic generators, one single-phase and the other three-phase, electronically controlled, and the associated demagnetisation tunnel for magnetic particle testing of aeronautical parts.

The single-phase generator, capable of delivering alternating current, HWDC and single-phase FWDC, is equipped with a special autotransformer that allows the current output to be modulated while respecting a form factor of 2.5, although ISO 9934-1-part3 requires a ratio between peak value and RMS equal to 3.

The three-phase generator, on the other hand, is dedicated to longitudinal magnetisation with core heads directly mounted on the expansions.

Furthermore, this particular bench allows even the smallest parts to be clamped between the heads by simply selecting the clamping force from the operator panel. This operation is made possible by a very pressure-sensitive electric drive.

Our technicians are now ready for installation in Serbia at the customer’s production facility, and the customer was very pleased with the final performance and the tests carried out; there is always great satisfaction on our part in seeing our customer’s requests and expectations fulfilled.
