CGM at Relay Milano Marathon 2025
Building on the experiences of past editions, this year the Running Team CGM participated on Sunday, April 6th, at the starting line of the Relay Milano Marathon 2025. However, this time we decided to go all out: two teams of brave runners. The first team – composed of Eugenio, Niccolò, Clara, and Michele – was entrusted with the challenging task of battling fiercely to beat our best time, thus setting a new company record. The second team – composed of Arianna, Martina, and Ramona – was given the noble task of participating with proud and untamed adventurous spirit and completing the mission. Our champions, dressed in shining battle attire (as seen in the photos), achieved their goals with ineffable tenacity, determination, sacrifice, and camaraderie: on a beautiful sunny day, disturbed only by a persistent wind, the front-line runners finished their race in 4 hours, 14 minutes, and 35 seconds, setting a record that will be hard to surpass for future generations. As for our ladies, they completed the set course with satisfaction and unperturbed grace, and that’s more than enough to earn them the praise they deserve.
However, it’s now time to get serious for a moment, because CGM’s presence at the Relay Milano Marathon is not just for the mere enjoyment of the participants, but instead serves much greater purposes. CGM has once again committed to supporting the charitable initiatives that distinguish the event: we decided to renew our support for the third consecutive year to the Dynamo Camp Foundation, which for years has been offering free Recreational Therapy programs to children and adolescents with chronic illnesses – either in therapy or during the post-hospitalization period – to restore their self-confidence and belief in their abilities, while also improving the quality of life for their families.
The non-profit work done by the Dynamo Camp Foundation is truly commendable, and we couldn’t be prouder to contribute as much as possible to the continuation of their invaluable work, hoping it will constantly improve over time. The participation of two CGM teams should be seen in this light: a doubling of the financial contribution is proof of how essential the company believes it is to support such organizations.
In conclusion: once again, we must extend our sincerest congratulations, team! We are all very proud of you, your dedication, and the good you’ve helped bring to many children and their families: See you again in 2026, always ready at the starting blocks: ad maiora!
