Magnetic Powder K 755

Technical datasheet

General description

K 755 is a fluorescent atomized magnetic powder used to prepare suspensions for magnetic particle inspection – wet method.
K 755 can be suspended in a petroleum (oil) based liquid carrier, such as Kerosenoil, or in water with the addition of a wetting agent (such as Ata Fluid A44 or Wetting Agent A38) to improve particle mobility, the wettability of the surface and the corrosion inhibition. The powder is characterised by medium/small particle size and is therefore suitable for low to medium roughness surfaces.

K 755 is a low-sulfur and low-halogen product, in compliance with standards.
