Green Gel U 45

General description

Green Gel U 45 is a water-based thixotropic green coupling gel that can be used in the temperature range -20°C / 120°C. It is composed by anti-corrosive so as not to affect the surfaces being tested. Suitable for use on various types of surfaces, smooth or uneven, it is also recommended for non-optimal situations, such as vertical and underhead inspections. Moreover, as it fluoresces under UV light, it is easy to detect and remove. The product is non-toxic to the skin, has no hazard labelling and is not harmful to the environment.

The beam profile is probably the largest and smoothest from any UV-A headlight on the market today. There are two different white lights you can operate the UVG5 2.0 with, (a) a strong “search” white light for use in dark and tight spaces such as pipes and tanks and (b) a visual inspection white light.

GX Orion UV is the only overhead UV-A system on the market that offers all of the following qualifications: Certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68 Waterproof, classified as penetrant resistant, tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001, and carries a 3-YEAR WARRANTY.
