UVG3 2.0 Midlight

UVG3 2.0 Midlight is a powerful, penetrant resistant and with an Ingress Protection 68 (IP68 Waterproof) UV-A flashlight. Beam profile is large and smooth covering an area of Ø 3.8 inches/9.5 cm and generating an intensity of 9000 µW/cm² from a distance of 38 cm (15 inches). Battery running time is 8 hours. UVG3 2.0 Midlight has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as USAF requirements. UVG3 2.0 Midlight also complies with Airbus AITM6-1001 at a working distance of 21 inches (53 cm).

UVG5 2.0 Midlight

UVG5 2.0 Midlight w/ white light – Extremely durable! Compact, powerful and adjustable headlight that frees your hands during inspections. This model comes with white light. The beam profile is probably the largest and smoothest from any UV-A headlight on the market today. Beam profile covers an area of Ø 3,8 inches / 9,5 cm and generating an intensity of 9000 µW/cm² from a distance of 38 cm (15 inches). Battery running time is 14 hours. UVG5 2.0 Midlight has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards. There are two different white lights you can operate the UVG5 2.0 with, (a) a strong “search” white light for use in dark and tight spaces such as pipes and tanks and (b) a visual inspection white light.

MB 3.0 Zeus

MB 3.0 Zeus (Battery or AC powered) is simply Genius! A combination of smart mechanics and efficient electronics, designed to survive extreme temperatures and harsh working conditions, 24 x 7. Penetrant resistant, with acoustic battery indicator and certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68. Beam profile covers an area of Ø 9 inches / 22 cm and generating an intensity of 4000 µW/cm² from a distance of 38 cm (15 inches). It is equipped with a strong white light LED that generates 1076 lux (100 fc). Battery running time is 3,5 hours. Batteries can be recharged by removing them or simply charge via an external charging cable. MB 3.0 Zeus has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001.

General description

Magisglow 1 is a water washable fluorescent penetrant featuring excellent washability and has the lowest sensitivity level available in CGM’s range of fluorescent penetrants.
It can be used in a wide variety of applications with good penetration characteristics and excellent reliability in identifying open surface defects with defect dimensions detectable using a 0.5 level penetrant.
