Snapshots from the 1st Conference for Non-Destructive Control in the Naval and Maritime Industry at Villa Giustiniani-Cambiaso in Genoa

Among the lecturers of the Conference, our engineer Giorgio Riolo illustrated the critical aspects relating to the magnetic particle inspection on large naval components.

The covered topics were many: from the systems’ mechanical design to the loading and unloading procedures and features, across electromagnetic power generators and the magnetizing currents correct characteristics, up to the handling systems of the pieces during the inspection phase.
