Since long ago, CGM CIGIEMME S.p.A. arranged a Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) that suited its organisation, activities and specialisations, in order to demonstrate its ability to regularly provide products, services and performances that comply with customer and applicable mandatory requirements, with the intention of implementing and maintaining an effective management of internal processes, as established by the Quality and Environmental Policy defined and disseminated by the company Management.

The Quality and Environmental Management System consists of all those internal rules that describe the requirements and methods for planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring the services provided, as well as the processes, activities and environmental aspects related to them, while outlining the criteria for the review, updating and continuous improvement of the System itself.

Accordingly to this, since 1997 CGM CIGIEMME S.p.A. can boast the obtaining of ISO 9001 certification – periodically renewed – which attests the effectiveness of quality measures and provisions in relation to its organisational and production processes.

Specifically, the field of application relates to:

CGM ensures that customer requirements are met in order to increase customers’ satisfaction. The attention paid to their needs constitutes one of the main components around which the entire process organisation and the consequent structuring and implementation of CGM’s Quality and Environmental Management System revolves.

In particular, the commitment to customer satisfaction is systematically reflected respectively in the prior determination and reviewing of product requirements in the pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual phase (in the case of modifications) and in the continuous monitoring of information during the realisation and development of the equipment, services and performances provided by CGM.

The QEMS adopted is subjected to a Management Review every 12 (twelve) months, in order to verify its adequacy and effectiveness in fulfilling the requirements of the Reference Standards, of the quality and environmental policies and objectives.

Lastly, we are honoured and pleased to emphasise that CGM has obtained and renewed the Legality Rating certificate equal to 2+ stars, which certifies compliance with all those moral principles that should always be an inspiration for all employees and managers: recognising and promoting the adoption of legal, ethical and transparent behaviour is the prerogative of a company in which virtuousness is not only ensured by the production sector, but also – and above all – by the human beings.
