Forgings inspection systems

Highly automated inspection systems, using conventional UT technology or Phased Array for forgings, stand-alone. These are “turnkey” systems, manufactured by CGM and integrated with Evident (Olympus) electronics, probes and software.

This type of systems fulfils all the conditions required by the regulations in force for the Energy industry, but also the technical specifications of many turbine manufacturers (GE, Siemens, Samsung, Ansaldo, etc.).

These are customized systems, designed to satisfy the specific requests of each customer.

Type of products: discs, bushings, rings and alike (vertical piece axis), or shafts, forged pipes and alike (horizontal piece axis).
