CGM CIGIEMME S.p.A. is able to design and supply any type of equipment for liquid penetrant inspection, whether it be the consumables (dye and fluorescent) or the related accessories.

However, without any doubt, the systems are the flagship of CGM production: it is generally composed of a series of stations, as many as the number of stages required by the type of penetrant used. These systems can vary in size and dimension depending on the size and geometry of the parts to be inspected and the desired productivity: they range from simple manual systems to highly sophisticated semi-automatic and automatic systems. CGM specialises in cabin or tank systems, depending on the different requirements; it is also able to supply mixed systems. When necessary, CGM can also supply degreasing and final washing lines, with immersion, ultrasonic washing or spraying solutions.

Generally speaking, and depending on the penetrant used, a system includes the following stations:
